"The place is amazing, in the middle of the forest, difficult to get there due to road condition, moody road and raining days not a good combination. The place doesn't have a personal to help you. You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. We leave early morning due to not be able to take a shower we only had a 2 seconds warm water and then cold water. Wifi don't work eather. Ower doesn't want to refund. ...

"La habitación 1 estaba muy limpia, sólo sugeriría que revisaran si es necesario cambiar algún gancho, así mismo como manchitas de humedad de las paredes que se entiende que son por el tiempo y el propio clima del lugar. Para mi gusto la alberca estaba en una temperatura ideal. El personal fue muy amable y nos dieron dos desayunos de cortesía. ¡El lugar está espectacular, nos quedaron ganas de regresar!"

"Es el peor lugar para quedarse, no es hotel, ni cabañas como dice la página. Es un engaño ya que son remolques, solo tienen una cabaña que está llena de goteras. La parte de los remolques para dormir no puedes estar parado, porque tiene una altura de 1mt. El agua de la regadera no la puedes regular, se va a los extremos, y no te puedes bañar. Se les comentó pero dicen que no lo cambiarán, ya que tienen que cambiar toda la instalación y no harán el gasto ( comentarios del personal que nos...
