「Gorgeous stay. The staff were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. They are a real credit to the management. I attended to go to Yarndale in addition to celebrating my friends birthday. The restaurant was lovely with lots of choice including specials and with a prompt courteous service and a great ambiance. Will definitely be back when the log fire gets lit. Highly recommend for a lovely get away 」

The two girls doing waiting service for evening meal reflected what the place is about. In a nutshell, they cared about the service. What a difference to see staff invested in their work. 「A five star property and staff — some of the best food we’ve ever had traveling, and here it is in the Yorkshire Dales! Friendly, helpful staff to a person, every shift, every position. The historic manor house buildings are beautiful, tastefully updated to allow a glass-walled dining wing that looks out over the rolling green hills. It’s a stunning setting. The bedroom is the only shortcoming. Peer facilities might offer visitors pillows of various stiffness to accommodate different sleepers’...

「経由地として一泊しました。大きな荷物を持っていたのですが、階段を2回まで上げるのに、受付の若い女性が怪力で持ち上げてくれました。明るい受け答えで気持ちが和みました。朝食はフルブレックファーストをお願いしましたが、十分すぎる量で大変おいしくいただきました。周辺は公園地域になっていてとてもきれいなところです。ホテルの設備が古くなっていたのが少し残念でした。」
