「The location is great. The view of Mount Currie from the living room is stunning. The neighbourhood is quiet even during weekdays. Restaurants and coffee shop are a few minutes walk along the peaceful canal.I recommend Mount Currie Coffee Company, Backcountry Pizza and a visit to the public library, which are all in the same area. You're also at a short driving distance from organic farms (I recommend North Arm farms), Nairn falls, and Joffre Lakes. This is also a great base for daytrips to other...

「Beware what the listing for the room says. Mine said king bed studio. Nowhere did it say it was a MURPHY bed, ie not a real mattress - plus the bed angled down towards the head.
I asked front desk if it was possible to change rooms but they said the king bed rooms are not part of the hotel, that they are privately and the hotel has no control.
In addition, I tried to contact Expedia because I booked “Cascade Lodge Hotel” via them but it was impossible to speak to an actual person.
The room...

「We enjoyed this suite. Can’t get a better view of the slopes and lines. Perfect way to start your day. Unfortunately, there was a mix up and someone was already in our room on check in. Pretty much the worst VRBO fear and at Whistler to boot. Took all night to sort out, yet they gladly took our money for that nonsense. Room was expensive for what you get, however I would return for the convenience. Current listed prices of 10-16gs for a week next season are next level stupid.」
