It is about 300 meters from the bus stop and 3 km from the Mezzana-Marilleva–Trento train line. It was built in 2009 using high-quality materials. It is located on the mezzanine level and features a large outdoor terrace. In the summer, lounge chairs and a beach umbrella are provided.
Guests may use the entire apartment and the terrace (in the summer, the outdoor fireplace may be used). In winter, guests have access to the ski and boot storage area and the outdoor parking space in front of the house.
