「Breve soggiorno di 4 giorni passato in questo chalet davvero al di sopra delle nostre aspettative: personale cordialissimo, gentile, disponibile e accogliente; struttura curata in ogni particolare, familiare; colazione abbondante e pasti molto buoni. Posizione staccata dal paese quindi molto tranquilla, immersa nella natura e priva di rumori “cittadini”. 」
「What a perfect experience! Amazing staff and some of the best food we’ve ever eaten! Staff is everywhere during the stay to provide you with anything you need. Pools and hot tubs were incredible. We didn’t leave the property for 2 days and wanted to stay an extra day. We did the private breakfast with Alpacas and it was a great experience. 」

「Fantastisk spaanläggning med flera olika bastu. Det fanns även lite te, saft och tilltugg om man kom tidigt, lite senare var det slut. Maten var trevlig men inte en kulinarisk upplevelse. Personalen var trevlig. Rummet var rymligt, rent och mysigt. 」

「Genzianella is one of the best hotels I've ever stay. It's very chic but not too modern. It provides a perfect setting for those who like stylish interior decollation with warm and cozy atmosphere. It's also not too big, and we could ask questions or get help when needed. One unique thing to add is its fresh smell of pine tree once stepping into the hotel. It made us relax after skiing whole day in the Alps. The restaurant is also very popular and very good food. It is definitely recommended!!」

「We enjoyed Molveno with this hotel very much. The service at the hotel is quite good. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the center of the village, but that means we could relax in the room without any noise.
Unfortunately there is not a refrigerator. So we cannot store any food in the room. But totally this hotel is quite good.」
