The apartment has a balcony equipped with an outdoor table and chairs: you can enjoy a good coffee or a glass of wine in admiring a breathtaking view!
The apartment is on the first floor, reachable via a flight of stairs.
Despite the very quiet and private location, it will only take you 5 minutes by car to reach the shores of the lake and all the services (restaurants, bars, supermarkets and beaches).
The accommodation has a complete kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric kettle and American coffee machine;
To complete the living area we find a dining table, a sofa and a TV.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe to store all your clothes. This bedroom and the living room overlook the lake, and both have access to the balcony.
The second bedroom is on the back of the house, therefore it remains cooler even on summer days, and has two single beds that can also be joined to make a double bed.
The bathroom is complete with toilet, sink, shower and bidet.
Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.
The house does not have private parking but within 100 meters there are several free public parking spaces.
Don't worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
