「Great villa in a great location for accessing lots of the Paphos area. Pool and garden was perfect for chilling during the day and evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Area around the villa was also quiet with walkable bars and restaurants.Owner was really nice and welcoming in communications and telling us about the area before we arrived.Would happily stay here again.」

「We spent a wonderful week at the villa. The location was fantastic, really quiet and peaceful but only a 5 minute walk away from bars and restaurants. There was also a supermarket within the 5 min walk but we had a car and drove to the large Philippos supermarket which was one of the best supermarkets I have been to on my holidays- a wide selection of products plus a great deli, meat/fish counters and bakers. 「We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is huge and very well equipped. The balcony is very spacious and as it is on the end of the apartment block it felt very private. Very quiet complex so we had the pool to ourselves most days. The bed in the double bedroom is very comfortable. It is very well located, 15-20 mins walk to the nearest bars and restaurants and only 5 mins drive to the nearest beaches and supermarket. We would definitely recommend and we will book again.」

「Beautiful villa, central location with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Clean and spacious rooms, excellent WiFi connection. The villa has everything you would need and the management company were fantastic. Carrie from ROCA was brilliant in resolving a problem with our pool and had someone out to help us in 30 minutes. 「Great Villa - Lovely pool, so warm - Ideally located - you don’t need a car but we hired one directly across the road from Villa - Transfer was there when we landed - we requested lactose free milk and it was there in the fridge when we arrived. . Check-in was very easy with key safe code. Air-con very affective. Kitchen utensils good but only used glasses and a few bits. Needed a bulb replaced and it was rectified within a few hours. Can’t fault it. Thanks. 」

「My wife and i had a fantastic ten days at Peyia Hills. The apartment was lovely with a large balcony which overlooked the beautiful pool area. The apartment is modern and very comfortable with all mod cons. There are a nice couple of bars a short walk away and a lovely bakery too. We went to Coralia beach , it has a great restaurant/bar ,the sunbeds and parasol are cheap 7.50 for the day. From booking to check out was a breeze thanks to great communication from our host. We hope to return soon....

「We spent a happy couple of weeks in the October sunshine in this lovely apartment. The location is ideal, right in the centre of Pegeia village, with supermarket and restaurants within a very few minutes’ walk. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, with parking directly outside. We had great communication with the owners, who were readily available if needed to resolve any issues. We enjoyed using the swimming pool, which we never had to share, due to the small size of the complex....
