"Great location right next to Korzo. This was one of the few units we've stayed in that you could live in long term - so much space! Lovely wood floor. Bathroom powder room, large living room and bedroom. All brand new. Nice to have a washer. Google Maps sent us on an unnecessarily difficult route through a sketchy part of town and since it was dark, it added to the discomfort. If you're coming from the train station, and it says go up the stairs, don't. Just stay along the water and ask again later. The unit is not far from the water and close to the Continental Hotel. When you enter the building you enter into a dimly lit construction site and need to climb the stairs in the near dark. The motion detector light that wouldn't stay on long enough to get the door unlocked to the unit was ridiculous. I ended up waving the first door open and shut while my husband unlocked the lockbox and door. That seemed to work best. We had some problems contacting the host. Phone number on VRBO got us someone in Germany. Other than that, great place, great location, as pictured. "

"Very professional & kind staff, helped me via text to find parking and communicated well about check in. Modern, well appointed room overlooking the National Theater. Easy walk to several restaurants and sights. Parking was in the "Delta" public lot about one city block away. There are a couple flights of stairs to get up to the hotel, but well lit and safe. "

"Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. "

"Entry into building was dark, scary and very run down. Doors into building entryway also lock from the inside which is weird. Apartment itself was clean and nice enough for a quick one night stay, but had an overwhelming marijuana smell as soon as you opened the doors which we did not appreciate. Would look for somewhere else if ever in this city again. "
