"The place was clean, outdoor garden and massage pool beautiful. There is an outdoor kitchen and dining table between the two bedrooms. Great for playing games or having a glass of wine. Very peaceful and charming. Beds are very comfortable. Staying in a unique jungle place was an experience and I can now check off my bucket list. "The Host(s) Mary and Jose are amazing and will make sure you have everything you need and will go the extra mile during your stay: Food Delivery, Ice Delivery, keep house clean ect.....Understand this....if you are going to stay here....you will need a Rental Car if you plan on seeing anything! Nearest town is Bacalar 30 minutes away! There is Nothing near you. The house pictures and accommodations are exactly what is portrayed! Beautiful and very relaxing!!!! If you are looking for peace and quite! This beautiful property is perfect! We had a wonderful time. Oops.... Bring Bug Spray just incase! "

"This place was perfect for my birthday getaway with friends. The lake and dock were fantastic and really made us feel like we were on the edge of the world, we saw maybe 6 other people the whole time we were on the water. Rooms were clean and the AC units in the bedrooms worked great. It was a true jungle oasis. Felt very safe, especially with the 24 hr manned security gate. The chef recommended by Sally, Chef Martin and his team made the most delicious meals. Large portions and truly amazing food every single day, that was such a treat. Would love to come back!"

"Limpio, tranquilo, personal muy amable, te prestan bicis y kayaks.. solo debes planear tus comidas, no hay nada cerca, ni una tiendita.. sali a vomer a in lugar llamado el pez de oro y me cobraron carísimo por un plato de camarones mal hechos $300 en una palapa con muy bonota vista y nada mas... si quieres algo tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza espectacular un par de dias, ese es el lugar, si buscas lujos y gente mo es ahi.. estas aislado de todo"

"This place is nothing like pictured unfortunately we booked 5 nights and we so much regretted it first it's 25 minutes from the center of bacalar the roads are terrible especially when it rains, the room are very basic, beds and a shower that's all , rooms are not clean, or cleaned properly and have a wet smell to them ,bed sheets and towels have stains, very uncomfortable beds , the swimming pool looks like a square hole with just water in it,lots of mosquitoes, we were never offered any amenities except for a Christmas eve dinner and it was very thoughtful but very awful , DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE"
