Mandy was very efficient with communication and making our stay very comfortable. "Accomodation was in a beautiful setting, close to town and the beach. It appeared visually clean but had a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom- we would have liked to try mopping to see if itvwould help but their weren't cleaning supplies. Their was limited information about the kitchen on the site- it contains an oven, dishwasher, stove top and coffee pod machine. There is no microwave. Their wasn't a plug for the sink, a draining rack or dishwashing pods for the dishwasher so...

"A really good location in Batemans Bay. One small fault with the room is lack of storage space for clothes. Another more irksome fault , in my opinion , was a lack of a door to the bathroom. When you get to a certain age you do not want to let it all hang out! More privacy would be appreciated. But overall the motel was an enjoyable stay."
