This 3-bedroom log cabin, northeast of Payson, is perfect for your escape to tranquility. Nestled in nature at the foot of the Mogollon Rim, this charming retreat sits amidst the largest stand of ponderosa pines in Arizona and directly on Tonto Creek. About 20 minutes from Payson, you are close enough to restaurants and shopping but miles away from the noise of life!
The cabin is tastefully decorated and provides all the comforts of home with its two bedrooms - queen beds in both, sleeping loft - queen bed and two single beds, bathroom and an open-concept dining room & living room, and kitchen. The main living room features a wood-burning fireplace, high ceilings, flat screen TV and opens onto a large wood deck. The deck, adorned with comfortable outdoor furniture and a dining table, offers peaceful beauty surrounded by large pine trees and the soothing sound of Tonto Creek.
High-speed WiFi is included, allowing guests to stay connected during their stay. And there is plenty to do for the outdoor enthusiasts or a quiet getaway for those seeking a peaceful stay in the beautiful Arizona mountains.

Great Boardgame Getaway

A few friends wanted to escape the heat of Phoenix and play board games in some beautiful scenery. The cabin was perfect for us! Lots of comfy space, incredibly clean, gorgeous background access to the creek and nature, and a really well equipped kitchen.

Great weekend stay

This was a nice and comfy cabin in the woods with a beautiful stream in the back yard. Speaking with the owners was very pleasant. They were able to answer all of our questions. We would recommend staying here..

Weekend in the pines

We had such a lovely weekend at this cabin! The cabin was cozy with plenty of beds for kids to choose from. We especially enjoyed spending time on the big back porch where we could see and hear our kids playing in the creek. We all can’t wait to go back!

Thoroughly enjoyed this relaxing cabin on Tonto Creek. Tranquil location close to hiking and restaurants in a friendly neighborhood. Fully stocked with kitchen and bath essentials. Owner very responsive and helpful. Already planning a return visit!

Wonderful Cabin and Location!

This is a wonderful cabin in the Tonto National Forest just 20 minutes outside of Payson. The cabin is clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, situated in a secluded, rural neighborhood on a beautiful lot backing up directly to Tonto Creek. The constant, subtle sound of the running creek will sooth your mind and soul. The owners were very responsive to our questions and requests. We had a great stay.
