「I did not get to stay at this property. At the time of booking they told me it was available in error and my booking will not actually be accommodated. I said I understood and waited for the refund to be returned to my credit card. It's been two weeks now and that has not been done and my emails to the property have gone unanswered. "スタンダードルーム1名利用。ホテルメインビル向かいの別館1番奥の1階の部屋でした。テラスは向いも隣も建設工事。工事現場ビュー、なんと隣の部屋まで改装中で驚きました。早朝から騒音です。シャワーの水圧は非常に悪く、またお湯がでるまでかなりの時間がかかります。ボディーソープははじめから空っぽ。空港送迎リクエスト変更についてメールを送っていましたがホテル到着後に今メールをみましたと言われました。またチェックアウト時は明細の確認を忘れないで下さい。私の場合は他のルームの朝食がチャージされていました。"
