" Very nice place to stay but was very dated & needed some up keep. I would stay there again. The frog was awesome & the room was clean. The laminate floors were great. Need a little better breakfast selections (muffins & granola bars), especially to drink (only coffee)."

The room reeked of cigarette smoke, just awful. The furniture had pieces chipped and veneer falling off. The coffee machine didn’t work, the drain in the bathroom sink was stuck on closed and there was no hot water. "

"When my husband and I travel, we always check in early. This is the first time that I was told that at first it was going to be an extra $10 then she said it was going to be an extra $20 for early check in. I have never heard that. "

"Beautiful hotel! Very friendly staff and a beautiful room. And in the perfect location to walk everywhere in Yellow Springs. The only downside was that the HVAC system in the room is noisy and the rooms could be more soundproof. We have been here before this visit and we will visit again. And their restaurant has delicious food!"
