Had a great stay , special thanks to holga the property manager who made the stay even better, very helpful she was able to arrange taxis, itineraries, boats and even restaurant reservations!! She was there anytime we needed her and made this stay extra special. The hotel is also near a very nice clean beach with sun beds and a restaurant making it super convenient. The villas are clean and they know when to change towels and clean up the villas . Overall highly recommend and for sure will be back :) .

Amazing location in one of the best Greek islands. Great views of the Bay. Walk to the beach (with access to the beach bar). 10min drive from Gaios town and island restaurants. Very helpful staff, Giorgos gave great suggestions about restaurants, where to park, which beach to go to, and every other question we had.

I can't say enough about the island, property and their staff, especially Olga. It was well-maintained, adjacent to an independent beach club, close to town and port. Olga was helpful and responsive if there were any questions or needs. She went above and beyond her duties as resort manager and made our stay wonderful.

Superbe vue, séjour relaxant

A 5 minutes en voiture du port de Gaios. Appart 2 chambres vue mer au 1er étage d'une villa. Propre, équipement cuisine suffisant. Belle terrasse avec jacuzzi, tables, chaises, fauteuil.Olga très sympa répond rapidement à toute demande. La plage et le bar à l'entrée sont gérés par un independant. Transats et parasols 10 € pp/jour. Pour visiter les 2 autres ports une voiture est necessaire. Sejour très agreable et relaxant.

Great location with a beautiful beach "on the doorstep". Everything was really excellent, except the cleaningness of the villa: the visible areas were fine but none of the others were done well or thoroughly. Once this is improved it is trully the best choice one could make for Paxos island!

Πολύ καλό σημείο, ίσως στην καλύτερη παραλία του νησιού των Παξών. Ευγενικότατοι και ο Γιώργος και ο Νίκος στην υποδοχή και στο μπαρ στην παραλία αντίστοιχα... Ενα μικρο θεματάκι με την πισίνα που έτυχε σε εμάς να είναι λιγο πιο μικρή και ρηχή σε σχέση με τις υπόλοιπες βίλες. Γενικά καθαρό το δωμάτιο και δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα. Περάσαμε τέλεια.

Något slitet men otroligt läge vid stranden

Fantastiskt läge vid stranden med kristallklart vatten. Helt underbart att bara kunna gå ner o ta ett morgondopp. Dock en liten bit utanför stan så en rekommendation är att hyra bil eller moppe för att ta sig runt. Lite slitet men vägdes upp med utsikten, de rymliga balkongerna o läget till stranden.

Caution, Expensive, Not Clean, Horrible Service,

I would not recommend this hotel to anybody, it is expensive with lousy service and not clean. Lady in charge is extremely rude and should not be in the service industry. For the money it is so not worth it!!! We originally booked a sea side view suit that was confirmed to be 90 sq meters, which is fairly large, approximately a 970 sq ft. when we arrived we were given a room half the size which was very old, small and not clean, we had to argue and luckily had our confirmation with details so we eventually changed rooms, this process took 4 hours which caused us to lose nearly an entire day on the island since checkin is at 2:00 pm. While wifi was promoted, it never worked the entire 5 days we were there. Our air conditioner also did not work, we informed the hotel and they acknowledged but never fixed it! for the price this was unacceptable... While the room ended up being very large ultimately, it was not clean at all, was very old on the inside and very dusty and dirty, the showers were tiny with old and moldy curtains, not even close to the pictures in the advertisement. The lady in charge should be fired, she is extremely rude and has no clue as it relates to customer service, I was fine with her broken english (she appeared also to not be Greek) but here attitude and rudeness is way out of control! The rooms were at a premium and for the amount of money that we paid we were extremely disappointed!!!!!!!!

Mixed.

These apartments are in a great location above a beautiful beach. We had a wonderful view from our balcony. That I presume is what you are paying for because otherwise this accommodation is hugely overpriced, and the description is misleading. Apartments are really quite basic inside- no dishwasher as described, very small kitchen and basic bathrooms. Description mentioned daily housekeeping but we only had one visit from house keeping during our stay and that was on our last evening, so fairly pointless by that time. When we arrived shared pool was filthy with plastic bags and cups floating in it. Reception was poor, no sign even to show it existed in a small cabin marked as a warehouse and toilet. Overall I found the service quite odd and not particularly friendly- no help even with our bags up a steep hill.

Bonjour, nous avons été informés la vieille de notre arrivée que nous étions en surbooking pour la réservation. Nous avons été relogés dans une très jolie villa à l'extrême sud de l'île, inacessible sans voiture. nous avons donc du louer une voiture avec l'aide de l'hotel pour les 5jours pour 400 euros. Les deux derniers jours, nous avons eu une voiture de "prêt"sans contrat, donc sans assurance et au black.... L'hôtel a refusé de nous faire un prix sur les nuits d'hôtel ou de prendre en charge une partie de la "location" du véhicule...

Overall - pretty nice (4/5)

Overall a 4/5 for a pretty nice place in Paxos Great A/C in each room of Junior Suite (2 bedrooms each with own bathroom), but no A/C in main living room/kitchen area (larger villas did have a separate unit for the larger living room area if got the villas). Still could keep comfortable. In the bathroom of the second room, there was a separate instant on water heater which ONLY let water trickle out for "warm" water - not working well. Also the shower design floods entire bathroom (which is common in many European hotels with smaller showers), but impossible to contain water within 2x2 foot tub space, especially as shower curtain extends outside of floor tub base, so needed extra towels to contain wet floors
