The front porch comes lined with rocking chairs, and the eating porch overlooks the pool with built-in bench seating and wraparound patio. The top floor sundeck offers another outdoor living space.

Each floor of this two-story home has an en suite bedroom with king bed, a full bath in the hallway, and second bedroom – two queens down, one queen up. All bedrooms have a smart TV and ceiling fan.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

POOL: The fenced, in-ground, rectangular pool offers built-in bench seating and patio surround with lounge chairs, outdoor enclosed shower, and grilling area with picnic table. The pool-side screened porch provides a shaded sitting area with 4-top table. Pool heating is not available.

BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 10-minute walk. From the driveway on Middleton Drive, head north to Windover Drive, follow east (about 12 doors down) to Parker Drive, cross over angling left to beach access. Alternately, head south to Fenwick Drive, then east to Parker Drive, and turn left or right to get on Seaview Loop where three paths can be found. Note: A dozen neighborhood access-ways are available with variable parking capacity.

BIKE TRAIL ACCESS: The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway runs through North Litchfield Beach parallel to Ocean Highway 17. Pick up the trail by heading toward Ocean Highway via North Boyle Road or Windover Drive to Trace Drive. Look for the white on blue Bike Path markers.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.

NORTH LITCHFIELD BEACH: Untouched by commercial enterprise, this residential neighborhood is coveted for its relaxed character and uncrowded stretch of sand. In addition to miles of beachcombing, the popular Waccamaw Bikeway passes through this area. Hop on the trail and head north to experience the fascinating Brookgreen Gardens or explore the vibrant estuaries at Huntington Beach State Park. Head south to shop, find great local dining, and enjoy the Lowcountry vibe. Numerous prized golf courses are also in the area as well as art galleries, historic landmarks, and boat excursions.
