Great stay! Wonderful Condo! Management ok
We had a great few days at Heron Marsh 13 with our family for Spring Break. Condo was great and as described. Only issues were with Litchfield management. The two king beds did not have fitted sheets on them when we went to go to bed the first night and after 3 phone calls we had to go to the front desk to request the sheets in person before we got them the 2nd night. Other than issues with property management, all else was great and would highly recommend staying in this condo.

Relaxing, fun, easy vacation!
Clean, beautiful beach villa with lovely views of the marsh and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The only negative part was the two hour check-in at the Litchfield main office - ugh! But, overall, my family and I enjoyed our time immensely: jumping in the waves, swimming, and bike riding every day.
