Amazing view of the ocean. This 1 bedroom / 1.5 bath oceanfront condo is located in the exclusive Litchfield by the Sea gated community. The views of the Atlantic Ocean are stunning from this 4th floor unit which also overlooks the pool and lazy river. Furnished with 2 Queen beds in the master, this condo sleeps up to 4 people. This updated and bright condo is ready to be your next vacation getaway. The galley kitchen leads into the charming living room. The private balcony is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views and ocean breezes.

Bridgewater amenities include pools (indoor & outdoor), lazy river, hot tub, & easy beach access. Also enjoy all the amenities of Litchfield by the Sea including 24 hour gated community security, lighted tennis courts, fishing and crabbing piers, walking and bike paths, beach clubhouse, marsh and creek views, and one of the best beaches in South Carolina!

Condo includes microwave, dishwasher, full-size oven, refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, cooking utinsels, 2 TVs, DVD player, high speed wireless internet access, dining table, oceanfront balcony. Washer and dryer available in building on 2nd floor.

Litchfield beach is located just 70 miles for a day trip to Charleston, SC or 25 miles to the attraction of Myrtle Beach. Just minutes to fine dining in Pawleys Island or the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, famous for its seafood restaurants. Huntington State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are within a 3 minute drive. You are surrounded by several top-rated golf courses as well.

End of Summer Vacation

The unit we stayed at was perfect! Nicely updated and freshly painted. It had a great view, located right on the ocean and the entire building and pool had just been entirely renovated this year. We plan to rebook our vacation there next year.

Images reflected property exactly! Beautiful view, very clean, and we’ve stayed in many units at this location previously and this unit is very lovely! Beds are a bit firm, so bring a topper if you like a softer sleep, but no complaints, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Quick trip

We were only able to stay one of three nights due to illness but would definitely return. The unit was very clean. The facility was beautiful and the beach was great. The beds were so comfortable that we had a much needed good nights sleep. The host was easy to communicate with. We would recommend this place for sure.

Everything was very nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that housekeeping did not clean the floors very well. When we arrived there was obvious dirt, dust and sand under living room furniture but ovrall the property was nice.

We love LBTS already! The Bridgewater condo was just the right size for my husband and me for a few days! It was really cute and cozy, with the best view of the lazy River pool and the beach! The weather was hot- but that is August in SC! Thanks to our host!🌴☀️🤗

Great beach /ocean view

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bridgewater in Lichtfield by the Sea. Gorgeous views. Unit needs minor fixes but it didn’t spoil our visit. Beach is A plus. Rented chairs and umbrella easily online and they were set up and waiting for us by the time we arrived at the beach. Great restaurants around too. Shout out to Dead dog Saloon. Great food (high end bar food) and fantastic music! Great area to walk and relax.

Nice place!

We had a wonderful time at the beach thanks to the great accommodations! Accurate listing and was nice not to have to bring sheets and towels. Also had toilet paper, paper towels and even coffee filters available. Thanks! The owner was very communicative and was super helpful resolving the minor gate pass dating issue. Beautiful view and quiet area! Beach was awesome! Thanks again!

Great view, great condo

We had a lovely stay in this condo. Ed was responsive and informative as to how to check in. We had no issues whatsoever. Gorgeous condo. We have stayed in Bridgewater frequently, renting from the resort directly with mixed results. We wont be doing that again---we will only be staying in Ed's condo.

A beautiful Unit

This is a lovely, newly remodeled and well equipped property. Wonderful waterfront views. We were there in February and lucked out with the weather. Renters might want to check directly with the resort about indoor pool closures. That was a surprise to us but certainly not within the owner’s control. Communication with him was great!
