Located between the creek and canal on the south end of Sportsman Drive, this newly built private pool home boasts beautiful saltmarsh views, a covered dock on the tidal canal, and easy beach access via the nearby canal footbridge.
The canal side saltwater pool features a fenced-in wrap-around patio with furnishings, built-in tanning ledge and stepped-down bench seating, heating option, and covered patio with tiki bar.
The well-considered layout of this two-story home offers a TV den, en suite bedrooms, furnished porches, and elevator access on both floors – perfect for family groups and travelers to share time together while having ready access to separate living spaces.
The ground floor also has elevator access as well as a grill, enclosed outdoor shower, and covered parking. Parking for one Jon boat-sized boat trailer is possible, and a small public boat launch is located one road over.

POOL: Canalside with fenced-in, furnished patio surround, the 12’ x 20’ saltwater pool includes a tanning ledge on one end with stepped-down built-in bench seating, 4.5’ deep end, and covered deck with tiki dry bar. Heating is available for an additional fee when outdoor temperatures maintain above 67 degrees. Minimum 24-hour notice required for heat to take effect.
BEACH ACCESS: Approx. 6-minute walk. The canal footbridge located one door over makes beach access quick and easy. Once over the bridge, the beach is straight ahead one short block down. Limited parking is available near any of the seven community beach accessways.
CREEK ACCESS: The private covered dock is located on a tidal canal providing built-in benches, floating dock with gangway as well as an attached drive-on boat dock. A small public boat launch is located on Sundial Drive on the opposite side of the canal, perfect for launching a Jon boat and kayaks to explore the beautiful tidal creek.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.
