Blue Anchor Pet Friendly- Short block and a half walk to beach at North Litchfield! This charming home has lots of windows and light filled rooms. Hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings in all rooms on the main floor. Blue Anchor is spacious and comfortable with a living room, large sunroom, plus a den in the ground floor suite. The sunroom is across the back of home has a sitting area with TV and a large dining table. The sunroom opens to a deck with rockers, joggling board and outdoor dining table overlooking beautiful large back yard and natural forest of Huntington Beach State Park. Kitchen is fully equipped and features a breakfast bar. There is a screened front porch across the front of the home and it is lined with rocking chairs. This is a perfect place to enjoy relaxing with the family in the evening hours after a day of fun on the beach. The ground floor has a bedroom, bath and a den with sleeper sofa and mini kitchen. This ground floor suite has outside access only through the carport area. When you walk out on the beach at the nearest access, you'll be located on the North end of North Litchfield where you can walk up the beach to the state park This is a pristine, uninhabited stretch of the coast with only the beach and natural dunes with no building encroachments. Other amenities include: high chair, ceiling fans, gas grill, outside shower.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linen Packages or Individual Sheets and Towel Sets may be arranged through The Dieter Company by request.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer. Shorter Stays may be available last minute. Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season. Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.
CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
