"This is an amazing looking property, that allegedly has 5 stars, however I would rate it as a 2 star. Reception desk was unmanned for 15 minutes at check in, then he arrived harassed, With little command of English. The room was large but tired, the bed was huge but uncomfortable with springs poking my back. The restaurant was full and couldn’t accommodate us and after travelling 1,000km from Spain we were not impressed. People in the room above us were partying until 3am. ( not the hotels fault...
