「Property is very well located in Cocoa Beach, and right on the ocean. Beach access is easy, nice sun deck, beach equipment and grill are also available, and you can enjoy a very long stretch of beach with very few people, very relaxed and quiet. That is the property's best asset. Good restaurants nearby as well; it is a very safe area.
The room was fairly well cleaned and quite comfortable; could use some minor updates on furniture and cabinets, and a little more attention to housekeeping...

「Property was mostly excellent. Furnishings are very nice, except for creaky bed headboard. Balcony view & furniture great! Condo door security pad had wrong code, so check in wasn't smooth & call to host was required. Lack of a closet meant no hangers which would be an issue on a longer stay; our stay was sadly short, so me made do. Would definitely consider staying again.」
