Misrepresentation of the view was very disappointing, the unit we were allocated has no view at all but no mention of this was made. Also there is waterleak at the bath on the first floor and drips through the ceiling into the kitchen.

Nice view - but not much else

We stayed in cottage 2, and the best thing about the stay was the view. There was no shower and the tub leaked from upstairs to downstairs causing quite a bit of water to cover the floor. Not worth the price, especially given the plethora of accommodation in the area.

Beautiful views and cozy stay

Ratings are for Soli Deo Gloria. Apparently there's a mix-up on the website, thought I had booked for Nieuview only to find upon arrival it was for a different though related place. Had received email confirmation for Nieuview as well, but would double check booking beforehand. Ben was very responsive to anything we needed. Still an incredibly beautiful and extremely comfortable stay overall. Only 1-1.5 hours to West Coast National Park and the Postberg Flower Reserve.

Nieuview #1 - Paternoster

The location of Nieuview is excellent, right on the beach. Although it is located at the end of the houses on the beach, it is adjacent to an informal beach parking area that attracts casual parking and the associated disturbances of such activity. The shower in Nieuview #1 could not be used due to a constant boiling hot water temperature that did not allow for a cold water inflow. This was reported on day one of our stay but remained the same for the two days in total. On arrival we were cautioned about the increase in localised break-ins, having to ensure that all was padlocked every time you left the apartment. A suggestion was made on departure to repair the tell-tale damage to the beach door from an attempted break-in, this would appease future guests from worrying about security during their stay. Overall Paternoster is a super place to unwind for a couple of days.
