Strategically located, it is just steps away from the famous Valsassina cycle path and close to the Pasturo supermarket. It also provides easy access to the popular trekking trails leading up to the Grigna. The property includes a large fenced parking area that can accommodate up to 10 cars.
The apartment is situated on the second floor of a building that houses a pharmacy on the ground floor. The first floor is completely unoccupied, ensuring that guests enjoy exclusive use of the building after pharmacy hours. The entire apartment is on one level. Upon entering, to the left is a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, which can also serve as a study thanks to the desk provided. Further along the left is a corridor leading to the large living room, which features ample seating and two tables. The kitchen with a dining area and a guest bathroom are also accessible from here. A large covered terrace runs around this area, offering outdoor furniture for enjoying unforgettable evenings.
Turning right from the entrance, guests enter the sleeping area, which includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two additional bedrooms that share a large bathroom. Each bedroom has access to small private terraces.
The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts: high-speed internet, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, large refrigerator, and a functional fireplace. It comes with bed linens and towels for all guests, shampoo and shower gel in the bathrooms, and a small welcome kit in the kitchen.
