「Maison de charme rénovée avec goût et matériaux de qualité. Très bien équipée et entièrement climatisée. Literie très confortable. Accueil très chaleureux de Mélissa et son papa, pleins de bonnes attentions pour nous aider à passer un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%. 「We enjoyed a lovely week staying at Villa Costa Piccola. Leonella was very helpful with any queries we had both before and during our stay, and made us a lovely tiramisu on arrival which the whole family enjoyed. Lots of places to explore locally (we visited Montepulciano, Arezzo, Assisi and Gubbio). We also spent a couple of days at the villa enjoying the pool and the peace and quiet. Villa was spotless and well equipped. Supermarkets in Umbertide were easy to get to for any supplies needed....

「Had a great stay at Villa Flaminio. The pool is fantastic and set in shady grounds. Lovely bbq. Supermarket close by. Also a great restaurant, Ostetia dell accademia, in walking distance. Nice, friendly manager who fixed an issue with the cooker within an hour.」

「Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr abgelegen, aber genau das was wir von unserem hektischen Alltag benötigen. Der Blick ist atemberaubend, der große Pool ein Traum. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es fehlt überhaupt nichts. Hier kann man absolut zur Ruhe kommen und entspannen. Bei Fragen stehen die Vermittlerin und auch der Gärtner jederzeit zur Verfügung.」

「Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking.」
