The only thing was apparently check out was at 11 am but on my reservation it said 12 pm and I believe it’s because I booked through a British website so there was a time difference not accounted for. "We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund I feel like i have been fobbed off"
