This victorian was an absolutely beautiful property that was perfect for my family's reunion. Many family members flew into Paso Robles from the east coast for my son's wedding and everyone exclaimed at the beauty and set-up of the house and of course the wonderful pool and patios. The outdoor space and pool were perfect for a post-wedding Sunday brunch! Thank you for the chance to stay in your wonderful home!

On arrival the property is located in a beautiful neighborhood just a short walk from downtown. Making it so convenient with a large group to take a morning walk for brunch, coffee and shopping before starting the days activities. The pool was the best thing to have to quickly refresh and cool off from the summer heat! The property and rooms were clean, well stocked with pool towels and shower towels for the group of our size, especially for it being a girls weekend! We stay here again for a family weekend and recommend for a large group!

My husband and I do enjoy older homes so this was perfect for our guests to celebrate our 50th anniversary with us. Just such a unique property but it had everything we needed. All of the outside areas and grounds were lovely and well kept. Nights here in Paso Robles are surprisingly cool so bring jackets!

large family getaway

Wonderful stay at the Stowell House. 4 day getaway with adult children and significant others. Stowell house is a charming large victorian on a large private lot at the end of a street just blocks from the Paso Robles town square. We found it extremely comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 8. Would definitely stay againl

Great for big family

This house was perfect for our 8 family members. We loved the space and it had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time together. The close proximity to downtown was a must have for us and it was easily walked for our 60+ year old aunts. Thank you for sharing your beautiful historic home with us.

Lovely oasis!

Such a quaint, functional space that worked great for our family vacation. Loved how the pool area was mostly shaded and the bathrooms are all beautifully renovated. The only downside was the early check out time (10am). We didn’t want to leave!

New Year's

This is a great house in a fun location. We had 5 adults and 5 children who spent new year's eve in paso. Its easy to downtown, wine country and the sensorio lights. I worked perfectly for us.

Great House, Great Location

We were five couples that stayed for a Saturday beer festival in Paso and had the best time. The house is located right in the heart of downtown, so walking to food and drinks on Friday was a breeze, and after the beer festival we got to enjoy the amazing backyard and pool. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to reply with any questions we had. We will definitely be renting here again for future Paso Robles trips.

Fab Wedding Weekend

Group of friends stayed here Fri - Sun for a wedding. It was the best decision and added so much fun to our trip! The historic house was such an added bonus, the brave ones went for a dip in the pool (in October), & plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed breakfast & dinner together, and couldn’t say enough about the house! Loved the history & the fact that we made memories in it to add to the 100+ years of people enjoying it. Thank you so much for the stay, I highly recommend!
