It's not a lavish luxury hotel, it's a good affordable place to stay for work. Need was fantastic! Very clean. Good climate control. But no coffee :(

I stayed two days then made a reservation to stay again and after I made the reservation paid the money online I go up to the front desk to get new keys and he tells me that they are booked up that I can't stay anymore when I saw over 15 rooms available online so I lose my money that I paid for the room so I'm screwed for staying anywhere cuz they took my money

Was that was asked if I had a pet with me and after answering no was still made to give a $50 deposit no additional outlets for mobile devices no place to hang your clothes up not very friendly atmosphere.

There were no lamps in the room just one big bright over lit overhead light the app said pet friendly but I was told not to bring my service dog back.. the room was not clean when I got in it there was dirt on the floor the only nice thing about the room was the refrigerator

I didn't like that I wasn't able to ever check in and had to get a room elsewhere because there was no one at the front desk or on the other end of any phone number given therefore having to pay for a place or service I didn't receive because it was no refundable..
