"Staff was incredible, before I arrived as well. Very genuine, very accommodating, extremely helpful. We got the deluxe room on the seventh floor, but I wouldn’t recommend paying the extra money for this. The view isn’t that incredible, and the extras they add to the room aren’t worth the money. We paid extra for a champagne toast upon arrival that was very nice and worth what we paid for it."

"The staff is super nice! The rooms could very much use some updating, the room we were initially in the bathroom shower didn't have tile, just a painted wall it seemed like. There was a hole in the closet door, the wall by the window had been plastered to cover something (but not painted), the room seemed kind of dark and dingy, the toilets sit low (you better have them Megan knees! lol). When I made the front desk aware the manager promptly moved us to a larger more acceptable room and was very apologetic and sweet about it! Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast, the pool was NOT AVAILABLE!! We were looking forward to that so that was unfortunate. The rooms need updating, staff was very accommodating. I wouldn't stay here again but if you need something reasonable and it's a short stay it would make due."

"Room was nice and clean. Fixtures are worn and could use replacing (shower heads and faucets). Bathroom sink would not turn off completely. Room doors are a hazard. They are very heavy and slam shut quickly. "

"Staff were very accommodating. Excellent communication, extremely nice. The room was nice and clean. The pool was great for the two day stay, just wish the hours were later. The breakfast was okay but honestly just enough. Ample parking, even the grounds crew were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to shops, restaurants, the highway, Baltimore harbor and a short drive to D.C. "

"When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel for shuttle pickup. I called at least 12 time. No one answered the phone at the hotel. A shuttle from another hotel picked me up and brought me to the hotel. When I arrived the girl at the front kinda looked at the phone and started to say, we don’t usually answer, but caught her self. Come to find out they have another number to call if you need the shuttle. Would be nice if that was included in the email sent confirming my reservation. The only saving grace was Lawerence who took me to dinner and the driver who took me to the airport in the morning. "
