Staff is courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is well prepared and the dining area clean and comfortable. One of the beds on our room had a dilapidated mattress. The heater was noisy and despite being set to 74 degrees did not warm the room adequately.

Arrived and had to wait 1/2 hour before someone came to the front desk. the room was dirty and outdated. They had a pool with no water in it.

Very outdated. Furniture mismatched, beat up and rickety. Cigarette burns in the blanket. Hallways smelled musty and of old smoke. Room smelled strongly of Lysol, which they were spraying liberally on the carpets as they cleaned the rooms.

This hotel is on a beautiful property, but the rooms need a real updating. I was put into a first floor room that smelled like smoke and food and was unlivable. The desk worker was very nice and very apologetic and put me into a second floor room that appeared to have been updated somewhat. But there was mold in the tub and the new flooring had big gaps indicating it wasn't installed professionally. The housekeeping staff were great-very friendly and acomodating. Hallway carpets are dirty. There is a bar that's only open on Fridays. They should have it open every night. Wyndham should close this site and completely remodel it.

Very disappointed

First, their advertisement for the hotel and room we booked was incorrect and therefore false advertising. We booked this hotel and went to purchase swim suits for our children bc it said there was an outdoor pool, which there is not. Additionally, we booked a queen/queen room and they tried to give us two double beds. Then the room smelled bad, had cheap broken furniture (table and headboard), had very uncomfortable beds which caused me to only be able to get about 1 hour of sleep, and was dirty and outdated. I feel the false advertising is both the hotels fault but also hotels.com bc they are not checking if these places actually have what they say they have (a pool). I was very dissatisfied with my stay and am a loyal customer. I believe i should be given a partial refund and/or credit for a future stay due to this one being so awful.

Parking lot was dirty, walked inside and lobby was dirty and smelled. The guy behind the desk wasn’t friendly. We got our key to room 106. It smelled so bad. There was a bug on the wall and ceiling. In the bathroom rust and dirty floor. I walked right out and went back to front desk. I told him the room was dirty, smelled and had bugs and I wanted my money back. He just said “okay.” He handed me a statement and sat back down.
