Wifi kept kicking off - this would be the only downside, but I would still book again if I returned to Madrid! Helpful owner that responded on WhatsApp right away! "This is a great place for the young at heart. The management communicated well ahead of time, so we were prepared for the stairs--and they did help with the luggage! The room was smaller than we expected, but as we only needed to rest and shower there, it worked well for us. The staff were congenial and helpful. The only hiccup was with the coupon for the complimentary breakfast; we were unaware of it until time to pay for our meal, so we ended up paying the regular price."
