Personal spricht kein Deutsch, daher weniger hilfreich.」

「I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming...

「Fantastic view of Genève from the French Jura mountain side. Hotel was redone recently and is super clean and rooms have great design and modern bathrooms. Enjoying breakfast on the patio overlooking the lake and Genève is a must」

「Personnel très aimable. Belle terrasse avec bon resto. Nous y reviendrons」
