"We absolutely loved it. For the kids it was the place to be. They loved it so much that we added an extra day. The Tipi hut was very cozy, the bathrooms very clean, many amenities like swimming pool, football court, ping pong, jeu de boules. All the people we met, staff and the ones staying where amazing. Highly recommended."

"A great holiday house with modern interior and appliances, very well appointed for a group of friends ( or extended family ) The pool is fabulous and there are different options for relaxing and dining outside in the sun or shade …if not at the beach. Lovely secluded quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to beach, shops, bike hire ,restaurants and golf. Very friendly and helpful owner and check in/out staff"

"The house is according with the pictures you can see in the ad. Very nice stay, good beds, nice area close to the town and 10 min by car to the beache. The only but was that upstairs the temperature is much higher than ground floor."

"Great experience. Totally recommend for stay some days with family and friends. The house have all the things you can need. The only thing that could be better is internet, the connection is slow, it could be a problem if you need to work remotely, but the house and environment are great!"

"We had an excellent week with two families sharing the barn. There is plenty of room for 10 people, with a great pool, table tennis and good size garden. Mimizan is 5 minutes in the car with everything you might need. The beach is about 10 minutes drive with sand for miles in both directions. The area is very flat and forested and would be great for biking. Definitely recommended."

"Le lieu où se trouve la maison est calme, l’hôtesse qui nous a accueillis est sympathique et sérieuse. Cependant la maison est trop pleine de meubles , on se cogne sans arrêt , Ce n’est pas bien propre et très vieillot, la cuisine et la salle de bain ont besoin d’une bonne rénovation, la maison est très sombre et sent fort l.humidité,il n’y a aucun confort extérieur, pas de transats pas de sièges confortables, c’est juste bien pour des jeunes qui passent les journées entières sur la plage. "Beautiful clean room with a huge comfortable bed and plenty of space, the shower was great and the air con a welcoming relief during the hot weather. The coffee was delicious! Quiet location and a ten minute drive into the town centre and about a 20 minute walk to the stadium."

"The staff was very friendly when I checked in and when I asked how to close my door (the lock was finicky). Parking was adequate. Didn't have breakfast. Comfy bed. Nice shower (one that doesn't have a door but also doesn't spray out into the room). Limited outlets made recharging devices take on a triage system. Heard everyone who came in after 2 AM, as all doors seemed to slam shut. Coats of paint are needed everywhere, and the place could use a decent renovation. Great boulangerie across the street, and grocery right next door."
