"What I like: - Good location, very close to the airport - Friendly and helpful front desk staff What I think was just ok: - Breakfast choices compared to other mid-range priced hotels in the area (where I had stayed before). What needs improvement: - Room key policy. One key for room with multiple guests is extremely inconvenient. When my adult son sleeps in, in the morning or taking a siesta in the afternoon, if I want to venture out, I have to leave without the room key, as it is needed to keep the power and air conditioning on. When I return and don’t want to knock on the door for fear of waking my son up, I am stuck outside. Asking the staff to let me in take 20 minutes. This inflexible policy is a NO GO for me the next time. - The room and hall way need to be cleaner. It wasn’t super dirty, but it feels like there was no cleaning other than superficial tidying up. - Signs of ill-repaired of broken things are visible and they don’t look pleasant. The room price is mid-range, but the feel is more like a budget backpackers place."
