"Always happy to stay here, kids enjoy it and generally request to come back. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, however the toilet kept backing up throughout our stay(6th floor). The guest laundry was convenient. The breakfast was an additional charge and didn’t seem to be stocked enough for me to want to fork up the $16 for the “buffet”, not to mention the false advertising for lattes and specialty coffees that I was hoping to enjoy. When having to resort to the restroom downstairs it was not well stocked and I had to use face tissues to dry my hands. The staff wasn’t openly pleasant, nor very talkative. They seemed kind of bothered to have a conversation . It was very busy during the day with the meeting rooms which I’m sure they’re best known for. As for the gym , I considered using it but I decided against it, but I’m sure those who rely on it for their exercise do enjoy it. I preferred the nice walks outside and it was at least pretty to look at. Also the restaurant nearby wasn’t the best , but up the road was some better options for dining and good coffee. Get what you pay for, probably won’t return. "

"Room was clean, and open. Bathroom lacked accessibility to the toilet paper. Also, there were no hooks or bars for any of the towels. Did not have any extra pillows upon request. Average continental breakfast, juice was not good. Staff was very kind and loved how conveniently located the hotel was to a Starbucks and gas station."

"Lighting in the room could have been better "

"The TV remote was missing. There was blood splatter on the comforter. There was a trim board nail sticking out 1/2" at waist level. The design of the room was poor. The bathroom is located at the foot of both beds. Therefore the light showen in the face of those in bed. The sliding door for the bathroom was large and heavy. The room door was hard to push open. There was milk cartons in the breakfast room refrigerator on Wednesday that had expiration dates from the previous Sunday. The front desk lady was very helpful."

"The gym had many pieces of equipment that were out of use. The pool and hot tub were also mostly drained and out of use. There was no breakfast. Only coffee. Which was hot and good. Staff were nice. If on a budget it’s good. Room was clean."

"Everything seemed nice and clean, they just seemed to maybe be a little short staff. It was very hard to get towels for the pool and they never had any in the pool area on the shelves. Also had to ask for things at breakfast in the morning, did not keep stuff stocked up well. "

"Shannon's home was fantastic, a great home away from home. This is actually my hometown so I know the area well, and it's in a perfect location! The home was clean and a really great layout for our family. It's super close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. but is in a very quiet, peaceful location. Shannon was very responsive via text and the home instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again!"
