  • Nestled on over 5 acres, this charming 2-bedroom, 2½-bath farmhouse was once a barn—now thoughtfully transformed into a beautiful, spacious, nearly 2,000-square-foot home with an open floor plan. Enjoy modern conveniences while feeling a world away from the city.

    Both bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and an island with a second sink. Smart TVs and WiFi are provided, and the living room sofa converts into a queen bed for extra sleeping space.

This was one of the best VRBO experiences we have had, and we have rented many. The property is in a wonderfully quiet area, in the morning the meadowlark’s are singing away and the view is fantastic. The house and furnishings are beautiful, and everything is very clean. Beds are comfortable and nothing was overly scented like some rentals are. Good communication from host. We hope we can stay again on our next trip

The home was easy to find with the directions we were given. Upon entering the home everything was very clean and all the furnishings in the home are very nice. It has beautiful views out the back to set in the evening and in the morning to have your coffee in which I enjoyed every morning. It is very peaceful to look at the mountains and see the horses and listen to the chickens. If we are able to go back to Colorado I definitely would like to stay here again. It is in a great location!

Shannon's home was fantastic, a great home away from home. This is actually my hometown so I know the area well, and it's in a perfect location! The home was clean and a really great layout for our family. It's super close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. but is in a very quiet, peaceful location. Shannon was very responsive via text and the home instructions were clear. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Farmhouse

We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. We were sightseeing from Ohio. The Farmhouse was a great base for all we wanted to see and do. It was stocked well with everything needed. And had beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!!

What’s perfect place to get away from the city, the views are spectacular! What a perfect place, fantastic kitchen and bedrooms are spacious and cozy! We will definitely make it a point to stay here when we are back in town. The owners were fantastic and very communicative. I highly recommend this place!

Delightful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the views from the property. We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the nearby horses, and made a point to be “home” in the evening to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. We would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Adorable farmhouse

We loved our stay here! The beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house was great for our family traveling with my inlaws. I really liked how each bedroom had its own onsuite bathroom! We would stay over and over again!

Beautiful place

We were in Colorado for a graduation and found this amazing place to stay. It is so beautifully decorated and was the perfect place for people with walkers. The views of the snowcapped mountains and horses were an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again

The perfect place!

This is the second year we have stayed at the Farmhouse and we love it so much!! It’s quiet with amazing views, and perfect for our needs. We love the huge kitchen/living area, and bathrooms in each room. The hosts are so kind and accommodating, and we hope to stay here again next year!
