Even though the staff was great, we had to repack and move to another room because of no hot water. There were empty dishes along the hallway for at least 24 hours until a corporate meeting occurred. However, when we tried to order room service, no one in room service or the restaurant answered their phone; good thing there was DoorDash.

Staff, convenience of the property

Didn’t like the fact that the pool water was cold. Not good water pressure in the shower. No smart TV. Unable to stream on personal account. Liked location, price, easy to get to attractions.

The facilities are pretty clean and nice but the reservation told me they had breakfast included and when I went to go get breakfast, they embarrassed me and let me know that I need to go get a voucher from the front desk that I had to pay an extra $22 to get the breakfast I also went to the pool and there were no towels so when I went to the front desk asking for a towel, dripping, wet, freezing cold he would not give me one on spot and steady made me go all the way to my room and wait there to receive a towel. I didn’t agree with that and that just wasn’t OK to me, but as far as service goes, they could do a lot better. The ice machine was old and raggedy. I couldn’t even fill up a bucket, but for the most part the rooms were clean. I didn’t have conditioner in my shower and had to ask that after I had already got in & went to wash my hair and I quickly realize there was no conditioner so I don’t know that they are cleaning, stocking and refilling as they’re supposed to. Paying for the parking, paying for the breakfast, than holding $100 for a fee is a little much to me.
