Location, location, location. Enjoy being the heart and center of Park City's Main Base Area (Mountain Village), this newly renovated top floor unit is immediately next door to Park City's Legacy Lodge including ski school, rentals, restaurant, bar and more. Payday lift, ski school, restaurants, bars, apres ski, alpine coaster, zip lines, ice skating and more are all right outside the door. Winter you are the heart and center of skiing, summer the heart and center of mountain biking, alpine slides, hiking, scenic chair rides, festivals, farmers markets and more.

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom features a beautiful open floorplan living space with the dining and kitchen area overlooking the Legacy Lodge and resort plaza. The living area has comfortable seating to enjoy the linear fireplace and TV. The kitchen includes both dining table and counter seating. Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen featuring granite and stainless steel appliances. Separate bar area with wine fridge is ideal for entertaining. Fresh, mountain modern decor with beautiful hardwood floors is sure to please.

The master suite features a king bed and ensuite bath and a flatscreen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus twin/daybed. The unit also includes a bunk alcove for additional sleeping.

Unit is conveniently equipped with a washer and dryer. No car is needed, while should you have such an assigned space is available and is complimentary.

Guests enjoy complimentary use of indoor / outdoor pool and hot tub as well as fitness room in adjacent building.

Excellent Property at the Heart of the PCMtn Resort

We come to Park City every summer and rent a condo right at the base of the PC Mountain resort. This condo is cozy. I say that because the clearance between the beds in the rooms and the walls is minimal and the bunk beds are right in the dining room. However, it accommodated me and my five kids for a week. We love the pool! It's half indoor and half outdoor. So if you want to get some sun you can! However, if you have never been to PC it can be a bit confusing to find the pool seeing as how it is in a separate building, not connected to where you stay. You have to walk through the PC Mtn resort with your bathing suits on to get over to it, which we are used to.When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, there was a problem with all the codes we were given to get into the building. Luckily the host was able to get back to us quickly with the right codes.The other thing I have to mention was that there was a shower repair man at the condo when my son returned from the pool one day. He was caught with just a Tshirt on by this repair man that the management company knew nothing about and that we were told nothing about. Very strange.I loved the large kitchen table. I did several puzzles on it and still had room for people to eat at it. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which helps a ton with packing for six people for a week. My kids love punching in the door codes to all the doors to get into the building and the room. Overall a great stay.

Fernanda and the rest of the property management staff went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect! The house was really comfortable and had an amazing, fully stocked kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We had an amazing time. Thank you so much!

Park City did not disappoint!

We stayed were asked if we would consider moving to a condo in the Canyon's Village. It was equally nice, so we obliged, and it was a great spot for our family! The weather cooperated and brought fresh falling snow just in time for our arrival! My kids had enough to do in the area with skiing and sledding down the hill just outside in the common area. We caught the city bus to main street and the outlet mall. Overall, I would recommend the Canyons!

Perfect condo for ski trip

We had a fantastic stay. The place was perfect. Beds were comfortable and bedding was very nice. Everything was updated. The location was perfect. Quick walk to slopes and rentals. Enjoyed going to the bar/restaurant downstairs. Everything about this condo was ideal! We will be back!

The family had a blast. Some of the staff was a little snobby. The front desk was not as friendly to us as they were to others. They could have done a better job of telling us about activities and how to get around the resort. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful place Sam

Great location perfect for family

Great location to park city and shuttle. If hiring. Car is such an easy drive to all ski slopes and activities around it. Unfortunately there was issues communicating with management company as you never really spoke to same person twice. We extended by one night and this appeared to make a mess in their system with automated messages being sent about check out when we had another night and was just a mess and cause unnecessary stress on that front. But that being said the apartment itself is perfect location and has everything you need inside except a washer dryer. This is in the building and costs money to use. Grateful for the experience and would definitely consider coming back for sure.

Our only complaint is there is a fair amount of hassle getting to the parking garage and to the pool. It took a lot of detective work to actually figure out which building the pool was in! Other than that we LOVED our stay!

Great location & place to stay in Park City

My family of three stayed at this great condo right at the base of the Park City ski slopes. Super clean, safe and great layout for our family with some room to spare. Comfortable beds and living room to relax after a day on the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was nice and quiet given it is right above the village. The building is older (although the unit has clearly been updated recently) so parking & trash is in the building next door. The pool & hot tub are also located at a different building/location so we were unable to use those facilities. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Easiest ski weekend ever

This location couldn’t be better. You could see the ski valet stand and the chair lift from our window. We have been to park city 6 or so times over the past handful of years and this was the best location. Pictures of the condo are accurate.

Great property and awesome location

Property was clean, just the right size for my party and perfect for ski on/off. Both my kids were in ski school and this property was a short walk to drop off and pick up. After hitting the slopes, this property provided a nice relaxing atmosphere. Decent, but do-able, walk to Main Street for restaurants and shops. Very easy to drive and park as well. Highly recommend!
