The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via the free transit system.

Snow Flower #109 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the first floor of building III. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.

Love cooking your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen that includes beautiful knotty wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances while enjoying the company of your friends and family in the open-concept space. Enjoy a meal around the dining table that seats six or the breakfast bar with seating for three.

The living room features comfortable seating that invites you to relax around the wood-burning fireplace or catch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Access the private patio through the sliding glass doors which is perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the views of the mountainside. A sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements.

The main suite features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and an abundance of natural light from the picture windows that grant you stunning views of the slopes. The en-suite bathroom includes granite countertops, knotty wood cabinets, and a bathtub and shower combination with tile surround.

The second bedroom features two comfortable twin-sized beds which can be made into a king-sized bed with at least 24-hour advance notice and a ceiling fan. The shared guest bathroom features a deep soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower with tile surround, and a gorgeous vanity with granite countertops and knotty wood cabinets.

For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, wood-burning fireplace, two TV’s, wall safe, ceiling fans, and wall mounted hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.

During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.

On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.

After booking, a guest registration e-sign document will be emailed to you 15 days prior to arrival. Great Location

The condo is in a great location. Having small children skiing made it easy with ski in and out. Loved that about the condo. Wish the fireplace was electric for easing turning on. Also found almonds throughout the carpet so we do not believe the condo was even vacuumed. Everything else seemed clean though.
