Welcome to Quittin Time Townhouse, an AvantStay home!

This 4 bedroom, 3-bath townhome sits at the edge of the Quit ‘N Time ski run providing ski-in / ski-out access in the winter. In the summer, hiking and mountain biking are right out the back door. Roll out of bed, stroll out onto the mountain, or down to Java Cow on historic Main Street for coffee and pastries.

The four bedrooms and three full bathrooms comfortably accommodate eight people. The multi-level layout is perfect for two families vacationing together, couples, or a group of friends.

The condo was remodeled in 2014 with all new furnishings and includes high-quality linens, amenities, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a living room with a gas fireplace, 55” HD LED TV perfect for watching movies or sports, a large deck overlooking Old Town, and an 8 seat dining area. Other amenities include free WiFi, washer/dryer, and sauna.

This location offers quick access to all of Park City's main attractions and shopping. The famous No Name Saloon and Egyptian Theatre are a 3 to 5-minute walk via the outdoor stairs down to historic Main Street. Park City Transit System provides convenient free shuttle transportation to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and anywhere else in Park City guests might want to explore. There is garage parking for one car (not attached to the home but located right at the base of stairs leading to the condo), however, this location is perfect for accessing everything Park City has to offer while minimizing or eliminating driving.

This home provides a peaceful mountain retreat. In addition to having an endless backyard that is Park City Resort, there are multiple decks, including off the living room, master bedroom, and downstairs bedroom, to enjoy outdoor living. The bedrooms face the mountain and afford quiet and, if desired, sounds of the mountain. Note that the condo building and unit are built into the mountainside, and the multi-level layout, while affording good privacy to large groups, comes with many stairs that may not be well suited for some including those with mobility issues or very young children.

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There is a trundle in the loft (bedroom 4) for additional sleeping arrangements.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Parking Details:
​​​​​​​There is space for one car in the garage. The garage is smaller so we do not recommend a large SUV. Please do not park in the street or block other garages.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advance notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Pay For The Location

The property is in a great location and that is what you are paying for. That being said, I feel the property should still be a little nicer for the price and needs some updating. Having staying PC 5 times now you can definitely find a more updated/nicer place in the same area for the same money.

Great location

Location is hard to beat for a ski trip. Provided there is enough snow, ski in and out works very well (at least for adult and teens), and the proximity to downtown PC is ideal. The unit itself is serviceable - the rooms (other than the master) set up better as singles than doubles, and the dishware and cookware need an overhaul (many basics were missing and what was there was not in good shape). But the location makes up for a lot; the place was clean; and the management company was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in Park city. The location was excellent. Slope access was a little challenging climbing up from the back porch, and the slope home is blue level skiing. Close to town

Great proximity to town. Walked to breakfast each morning and dinner each night. Ski in/out could be deceiving...must climb a steep hill to get on trail. However, ski out is much easier than ski in but either way, adults can do it. Would be difficult with kids. The management company was very detailed and helpful. No issues with checking in/out.

Stair Lover’s Dream

Interesting vertical design with six levels joined by various flights of stairs, giving it a chopped up feeling. Good knees required. Stairs to town are quite long as well. Overall well enough appointed with access to the slopes, but you have to go through one of the bedrooms. Sauna is accessed through the master bath, so it helps if you are all family or friends. The main drawback was the master bed mattress which is totally worn out and offered no support. It took three bath towels to fill the hole in the middle. Management staff was excellent and receptive. Cleaning crew missed a few odds and ends but nothing serious.

Nice in town condo

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Good location, very clean. Several reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars. It is advertised as ski in ski out, but you do actually have to hike up a trail to get to the ski slope. in addition, although this condo sleeps eight, you definitely will not be able to park a vehicle that can carry 8 or even 5. The parking space was extremely small, and I couldn’t even fit my pick up truck into the garage. It should be noted on the listing but it’s not. And there really isn’t any other place to park in the vicinity. Bedrooms were nice, kitchen was extremely small. Washing machine had issues. But I will say the property managers were very responsive to my needs, and even sent someone over within 20 minutes to figure out a problem. And for the price, it was a good find.

Great location

Place was really well located. Four bedrooms (but note they’re all doubles...”sleeps 8” a bit of an exaggeration unless all couples and all small...). Ten minute walk down to Town Lift. Right near everything downtown. But do be aware it’s up a hill, from town. Loads of steps and in the thin air, not a good spot for the out of shape or injured! Apt is relatively tight but good little kitchen, and my family of six (4 adult children) made good use of it. The rental people at Coopers were awesome in terms of communication and dealing with small issue (relighting pilot light in fireplace). W/D helpful to have. Very easy and good value.

Nice but not sure the price is justified

This condo is nice and has many positives but as with almost everything in Park City it seems overpriced compared to most other places we’ve stayed. I’d say the description is accurate and the management company is very responsive. The property had all the appliances etc. that we needed and everything was in good working order. WiFi worked great. Ski in/ski out was not available b/c the run to the condo was closed, so that was disappointing as we chose this more expensive condo for that reason. Also there wasn’t enough hot water for all of us to shower in succession.
