Cozy 1BR Condo – Centrally Located in Canyons Village w/ Clubhouse Access

Welcome to your alpine getaway in the heart of Park City! This 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is centrally located in Canyons Village within the Red Pine community—just an 8-minute walk to the Cabriolet lift and steps from the Canyons Village Connect shuttle stop. Enjoy easy access to skiing, biking, hiking, dining, and après-ski fun.

A free, on-call shuttle runs daily from 7 AM to 12 AM throughout Canyons Village, and the free Park City Transit bus takes you straight to Main Street for shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Inside, relax in a cozy space with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, comfortable living area, and private patio.

Guests have full access to the Red Pine Clubhouse with two pools (seasonal), two hot tubs, sauna, laundry, tennis courts, volleyball, and pickleball. High-speed Wi-Fi and on-site parking are included.

Whether you`re here for fresh powder or summer trails, this condo offers the perfect mix of comfort and convenience.

The condo was conveniently located- the shuttle stopped basically in front of it! The bed was comfortable and the host, Jack, was nice and accommodating. However, as much as I hate to give a review that isn’t all positive- I wish I would have known on the front end. The dishwasher does not work at all. All of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty with food or soap residue. I had to wash every single plate or utensil we used. The place was also very dirty in general. The floors made our feet super dirty so we wore shoes or socks. The bathroom had alot of mold in it. Jack was kind to send someone to clean- but it needs a deep clean / bleach the bathroom clean not a surface clean.

This place is amazing and in a perfect location. I would definitely recommend it. It’s very cozy and close to shopping centers, as well as a ski resort and tubing. Great communication with the host and quick to take action.

The living room is beautiful and very cozy I loved the décor.

4 day stay for skiing

We had a great experience at this property. It’s very cozy and has plenty of space for 2 people. The location was very convenient and was only a 10 minute walking commute to the gondola. Everything was straight forward to check in and out. Overall 5/5 stars

Nice Stay

It was a nice clean and comfortable condo. I was only there 2 days. Good location for what I was looking for. I sent a message to the host one evening in regards to getting the tv to work and he communicated very quickly with me to work out the problem. Great stay!

Great Spot for Park City

Overall this property was great! Jack is a very responsive host that answered all questions promptly. This location is perfect because it’s very close to downtown Park City but out of all the traffic, and very reasonably priced. The hot tub is right beside the property and was very nice after a long day. There were a couple of minor issues that Jack made right immediately, which is always appreciated. I would stay here again next time I’m traveling to Park City!
