パーク シティの格安ホテル

「Do NOT recommend this hotel! I will NEVER return to this hotel again! I booked a 9 night stay, in which I actually stayed 5 nights and cancelled the rest of the nights because they never cleaned my room! After the 4th day I went to the front desk complaining and was told that we needed to request it. Upset I told them that no where did it say you had to request it, their response was “I will let the manager know”. They were supposed to clean it after that and 2 nights later it still wasn’t...

「Check-in was easy and the staff was accommodating. When we arrived, the elevator was out of service, so they moved us to a first-floor room, which we appreciated. They also allow dogs, making it a convenient option for travelers with pets. That said, the motel has an overall run-down feel. 「If we wanted a "Super 8"..we would have booked one. The pictures of said establishment are totally false. It was NOWHERE near their advertisement. The carpet was filthy...and tacky feeling. No security lock on the door. A NON WORKING elevator and we had the 3rd floor. The staff....were the light spot. They were fantastic. The establishment....will never book again. Ever. This was our 1st time booking thru VRBO....seriously rethinking that choice.」

「There was a “massage”」
