Welcome to our fantastic 2 bed/2 bath Chaparral Condo - Easy Walk to the Deer Valley Base!

**CONDO OVERVIEW**
Beautiful mountain decorated ski condo. Located steps from the base of Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley. Just walk out the door and the resort is right there! After a long day skiing, this is the perfect property at the perfect location. Spacious open plan dining room and kitchen. Stocked with everything you'll need to cook during your stay.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
This home has lots of space for a family or friends. The condo sleeps 6.
Master bedroom has a California King with ensuite.
Second bedroom has a Queen bed.
Queen Sleeper sofa for additional guests

**LOCATION**
This condo is in the best location in town. Deer Valley Resort is half a mile. No need for a car at this location, walk to the base or catch the bus into town.

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops directly outside the condo. It will take you anywhere you need to go in town for no cost. If you do require transport, our company can provide it. Alternatively, throw the skis on your shoulder and it's a short 1 minute walk to the ski resort.

**AMENITIES**
After a long day skiing use our private hot tub overlooking the ski runs!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the very cozy well-located Chaparral. It was an easy bus ride to the base of Deer Valley to go skiing. The hot tub heater broke during our stay, but this was fixed by the property management staff.

Well appointed condo right next to ski bus stop. 2min ride to lifts. Grill, hot tub, garage, fireplace and 2 nice size bedrooms. Multiple visits. Good experience.

Super Cozy place - perfect ski condo

This place was amazing! It is perfect for a 2-4 person get away. Super cozy with a view of deer valley from the backdoor. Right across the street from the trolley stop to get you right to Deer Valley/park city etc. Management was great! Very very responsive for anything we need. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Mostly good.

Generally, it was very good. Mostly as expected. The only shortfall I could mention is the hot tub. There were no instructions on its use. YouTube helped a little, but I believe the tub is not working properly. Push the corner button once and the filter pumps start. Push it again and the jets start on the far side, but they never start for the near side, so only one person gets the jets. And I could turn off the jets on the far side, but couldn't turn off the filter pump. Also, I was able to turn on the submerged lights once, but could never repeat it. Kind of disappointing.

Good with some minor issues

Overall, the place is clean and very conveniently located. The property manager was very responsive but there were some issues like a light switch which started caught fire (was replaced that day by PM), some lights didn't work and the shades in a few places were broken. Also, i think the kitchen utensils could have been a bit upgraded (esp the spoons). Just a few things which knock it down a rung.

Lovely condo and great location.

The property was really nice and location was great. We enjoyed the lovely fireplace and it was a lovely condo. The only issue we really had was that the pots and pans were very greasy and dirty. We had to really scrub them before using them. We did not really have contact with the hosts, although they did email to check in. Again our stay was really nice and enjoyable. Our family was here from Scotland to ski and it was a great location.

Not bad

Great location but definitely more than a “one minute walk from the Deer Valley resort” like it says in the listing. It’s more like a 7-10 minute walk - depending on how much stuff you’re carrying that may be an issue. Cleanliness and insulation was a minor issue. Items were left behind from previous tenant (including smoking stuff, which is odd for a non-smoking property). Glad there was one humidifier. One more would’ve been nice since there are two bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Parking was great (garage plus other spaces). Overall Great

Labor Day Getaway

The Chaparral condo was perfect for a quick get away. Clean , cool ( it was 90 outside) comfortable, and located right in the bus line to town. We would definitely rent the unit again!

Beautiful and comfortable

Love the interior and cleanliness. The location is perfect for our mountain biking at Deer Valley Bike Park and cross-country rides in the area. Will definitely come back. Check in was a breeze and the host checked in to see if we needed anything.

Great spot for a girls trip!

We loved the location of the property and the shuttle right outside our door. The property was cozy, clean, and comfortable! One request would be to have at least one full length mirror, but we managed to use the outside window reflection! :-) We enjoyed our trip and would love to stay again!

Chaparral condo Deer Valley

The condo and Park City Hosts were just great! It's a cozy, 2-bdrm, 2 bath, and looks exactly like the pictures. The location was great, 2 minutes into Park City, and 10 minutes to mid-mountain.
