Our stay was great for a family of 4! The host was excellent with communication. Location is top notch for shopping, apres ski, dining & a short walk to the town lift. Also loved that we didn’t have to do any trash cleanup, laundry, etc when we were leaving. Only downside is street noise a little early in the morning from the trucks, busses, etc on the backside of the building.

Everything in the unit is on the cheap. Needs a major overhaul and upgrade interior. Owner needs to be truthful on the unit itself. Great location, everything else is a one star property.

Location was perfect

The condo was in the perfect location and was well stocked. We barely had to drive anywhere. It had a well stocked kitchen (salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee filters, nespresso machine, plenty of dishes/pans/utensils) , toiletries (minus conditioner), firewood and a couple firestarters, and plenty of blankets and pillows. There were so many restaurants and things within walking distance.

Where you want to be

We stayed with our two teens for a week and could not have picked a better spot. The condo had enough space for us to spread out, is perfectly furnished and we felt we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook and eat in. Location can’t be beat. We didn’t rent a car for this trip and found Uber and the town buses great to get around, plus you can walk to the lift and lots of shops and restaurants.

Spring Break in Park City

Our second visit to this property, we loved it in January 2019 and March 2020. Our expectations were fully met. The kitchen is clean and well stocked, ready for whatever cooking we needed to do. The baths are simple but amply stocked with fresh new towels. The beds were comfortable after long days of skiing! Open the blinds to take full advantage of the large windows and the sun pouring in. The convenience to shops, restaurants, Town Lift and bus stop can't be beat. Sound machines were great to help block the noise from the busy street below. Thank you for accommodating our late checkout! Overall, a great trip for us right before Coronavirus hit the US. We have loved both our trips to Park City and our two stays at Modern Mountain.

Modern, clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay! Before our arrival, the owner provided very detailed condo and Park City info! The owner also responds quickly to any questions or requests The condo was modern & clean! It was perfect for a family if 4! It’s located right in the middle of town, on Main Street, so walking to coffee & dinner was nice and convenient. Uber & Lyft is readily available too, if you need a ride somewhere. Aloha ski rental is located in the same building as the condo, so ski rental from them is convenient. Reserve skis online, for a discount! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Nicely remodeled condo on Main Street

This nicely decorated condo served us well, right on Main Street by all the restaurants. The only negatives: back bedroom can be chilly, and being that it faces Swedes alley, you get a lot of noise at 3/4 am when they are cleaning streets/ trash cans etc......overall I was pleased with it for our party of 3

Cute place in a perfect location

This property is in the perfect location. It’s great for a family of 4, just the right size. The only downside is it is a bit loud at night, so if you can’t sleep with a little noise than this isn’t the property for you. Otherwise it was awesome.
