Room was clean and extremely quiet. Just what we needed after a 13.5 hour flight. And the 12 noon check out allowed us to get that extra bit of sleep that we missed out on, on our flight.

Hotel de Roubaix
Staff are friendly but it shows that the building is old. Elevator is too small. The room is nice and of good space though. Area a little far from transport options.
