The Space:

Welcome to this superb apartment ideally located in Paris! It is perfectly arranged to accommodate up to four travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: convertible sofa bed for 2 people, Smart connected TV, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.

• A sleeping area: Queen Size bed (160 × 200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding, a ceiling fan and storage space.

• An equipped kitchen: hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: ideal for enjoying your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: bathtub, toilet and storage space, equipped with everything you need (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, etc.).

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

From Orly Airport

Take the Orlyval tram to Antony station, then take RER B towards Charles de Gaulle - Mitry-Claye. Get off at Gare du Nord station, then transfer to Metro Line 5 heading towards Place d'Italie. Exit at Oberkampf station.



From Gare du Nord

Take Metro Line 5 in the direction of Place d'Italie and exit at Oberkampf station.



From Gare de Lyon

Take Metro Line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and exit at Gare de Lyon. From there, take Metro Line 1 towards La Défense and exit at Bastille. The flat is within walking distance from Bastille.



From Gare de l'Est

Take Metro Line 5 in the direction of Place d'Italie and exit at Oberkampf station.



From Gare Montparnasse

Take Metro Line 6 in the direction of Nation and exit at Place d'Italie. Then, transfer to Line 5 heading towards Bobigny - Pablo Picasso and exit at Oberkampf station.



From Gare d'Austerlitz

Take Metro Line 5 in the direction of Bobigny - Pablo Picasso and exit at Oberkampf station.



From Gare Saint-Lazare

Take Metro Line 14 in the direction of Olympiades and exit at Madeleine station. Transfer to Line 8 towards Créteil - Pointe du Lac and exit at Bastille. The property is within walking distance from Bastille.



The nearest metro station to the apartment is Oberkampf, served by metro lines 5 and 9. Line 9's Voltaire station is just as close. Bus lines 46, 56 and 96 also serve the area.

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
