I bought my family of 4 to Paris for a short trip, it was a great stay at this apartment for all of us! very clean and nice apartment, very convenient location to reach major sightseeing sites,we have a great city walk in a sunny day, great pleasure! the owner of the apartment is very hospitable and walm-hearted, will definately stay at the same apartment for my next trip to Paris and highly recommend to my friends who has the same needs!

The host, Sebastien, provided great instructions on the check-in process. Very happy to have an elevator for our luggage, as missed the apartment was located on the 7th floor. Apartment was cozy, comfortable main bed, couch bed was okay for my son. Bathroom was small for our 6’5” family member. Really happy with the location.

What a great week, the host, location could not have been better. Do not be afraid to rent that little appartement. We visited Le P'tit Bistrot restaurent 3 times just 1 minute walk just by tour Saint Jacques et maison Marnay 30 seconds from the front door every morning for pain au chocolate et mille feuille in the evening. Merci au plaisir de vous revoir.

Very nice hosts in the location is amazing getting around Paris. The apartment was perfect for my daughter and I we both had a bed and all the amenities. Quaint old building maybe 1850s thank you!

Great stay

We had a phenomenal stay at this apartment. It was the perfect space for my wife and me to stay in for the honeymoon. Communication was spot on and the host was flexible with moving in and meeting us when we got there. My favorite part was the stone wall.

I stayed here with my husband and infant son for 3 nights. We had an enjoyable and pleasant stay in this cozy apartment, and would absolutely stay here again! Sébastien was a wonderful host — he greeted us on arrival, helped with our bags, setup the crib and gave us lots of excellent recommendations for our stay. We love the neighborhood, there were tons of restaurants nearby, easy metro access, and lots of Parisian charm. The apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved all the artwork and books. It was a great place to rest after busy days sightseeing.

Amazing location!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was super convenient to all metros or to walk to restaurants, attractions or shopping. The bed was very comfortable and the flat well appointed with anything we needed. Lovely art on display. Our host was friendly, professional and easy to reach. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch.Our only comment would be that if two couples are sharing, the toilet location can be awkward as it is difficult to get to if the pull-out bed is in use.We would definitely return to this flat.

Compact apartment in fantastic location

A perfectly formed apartment, making good use of limited space in a fantastic central Paris location - a perfect base to explore all the sights! Our family of 4 stayed comfortably for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Sebastian was very responsive and helpful, check-in / out was quick and easy.The apartment could do with a little more equipment (cutlery, bowls etc) to accommodate more than 2 guests, but we managed to cook some meals with what we had. The dishwasher and washing machine were a plus. Overall the location was a winner for us, walking distance to the Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D’Orsay etc just set back behind the fantastic Rue di Rivoli, easy Metro navigation for others slightly further out (Eiffel Tour, Montmartre etc).I’d recommend the apartment on location alone!

4 Nights in Paris

We squeezed 4 adults into the apartment. Beds were comfortable, shower great, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of shops restaurants and groceries. Arriving via train from airport just a couple of blocks from the apartment. Hosts communication was great. I would encourage anyone to choose this home.

Amazing Location

The apartment is quaint and comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and our teen boys were happy with the pull out bed. Our favorite part was the location. There was a grocery and food and cafes within feet of the apartment. We had a great time and would come back again.

The perfect place

It is Centrally located which makes it easy to go to all of the must see attractions in Paris :). Easy walk outside and just pick a place and enjoy the food no really bad choices. Perfect!
