The apartment which is on the first level ( second american ) of a XIX century building with no elevator consists of a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and a table for 2, a bedroom with a hotel quality queen size ( 160cm*200cm or 65*80 inches ) bed, closet, tv and desk and a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. kitchen and bedroom opens with 2 windows on a quiet and large courtyard planted with trees therefore is away from street noise. you can sleep with windows open. both windows close with wooden shutters.

The apartment comes with free WI-Fi and free cable TV .

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than or around five minutes) to eiffel tower, museum du quai branly, invalides, rodin museum) . It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) to the tuileries garden , louvre, champs elysees.

Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1200pm and after 900pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 1000am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1200pm
