気になった点 : 清潔度

Eigentlich ist die Ferienwohnung prima, müsste aber mal wieder gestrichen werden. Der Boden war nicht sauber. Vor allem im Bad war ein ekelhafter Fleck neben der Toilette, siehe Foto.

Disappointed in the VRBO customer service, the property management company, and the maintenance staff at this place.The location is great. Walking distance from a lot of fun and beautiful places. And that's all the good I can say about this booking.Well in advance of our arrival, we sent 3 messages, via the app, requesting instructions on how to get into the apartment, but got no responses. The day before arriving, I had to call VRBO customer service. They said they'd reach out to the property management company to send us the instructions. 5 hours later, still no word. I call back and get disconnected 2 times before finally getting transferred to the property management company, who gave me yet another party to call to track down the information. I said that was their task as customer service and they eventually gave me the code to get in. Completely frustrating. Upon arrival we discovered the bathroom sink was disconnected from the drain pipe and using the sink flooded the drawer below. We discovered the issue and was able to reattach the pipe. The floors were dirty. There was not enough toilet paper for our 5-day stay and we had to go out and buy more. The air conditioning promised in the description turned out to be 4 rotating fans in a closet. The cleaning/maintenance staff knocked on our door 30 minutes before the stated check-out time, as we were still packing our bags and getting dressed.Don't book this place!

Bathroom drawers flooded due to pipe being disconnected.

Had to use a spoon to keep the stopper up to be able to use the sink.

The location is great, safe, close to transit, and plenty of restaurants nearby. However a couple of things: 1. No AC, if the weather is 60 at night, opening the windows works, otherwise it could be warm at night; 2. The bathroom sink leaked when we were there, called the rental company a few times, they never fixed it the whole week we were there; 3. The shower door doesn’t keep water inside, so water get outside to the floor almost every time one showers; 4. They give a couple of shampoo and if you stay longer, bring or buy your own; 5. No ice, bring an ice tray if you need ice. We could not find ice tray in the stores; 6. When use the washer, the water is really hot. We could not change the setting to change the water temperature.

Misleading information

After a last minute cancellation of another property a day before our stay, we booked this property. Before booking I messaged the host confirming that a baby cot would be available and reconfirming that there was air-conditioning (as already mentioned in the property details). I received a quick response confirming both. I went ahead and booked. For abundance of caution I emailed after the booking to confirm the baby cot, I was then told by the host's partner that a 50 charge would be payable. I complained to the host, the host said please pay it to ensure the cot is there and we will help with the refund after. Thankfully the cot was there albeit a terrible one. There was no airconditioning!!! Now I am having to deal with VRBO, the host and the host s partner for someone to accept responsibility for this misleading listing and extortion.

Too many cooks

Property is managed by one company then sub'd out to another. Questions go to owner who never responds. Don't expect any questions to be answered
