This wonderful 64m² apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful Haussmann building, accessible by lift.



The Space:

Designed and decorated by the architects of The Lander, each space reflects the elegance and refinement characteristic of the Parisian style. Attention to detail is everywhere, with each design element carefully chosen to awaken the senses and create a warm and welcoming ambiance.



The apartment has two sumptuous queen-size bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom, to ensure privacy and comfort and the beds have hotel quality bedding.



The living room equipped with a flat-screen TV and the dining room offer an ideal space to relax, discuss or work. The open kitchen, fully equipped, allows you to live the Parisian culinary experience according to your desires.



The apartment also has a washing machine / dryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and we provide linens, towels, as well as high quality hospitality products. We offer you a daily cleaning service to guarantee a refined atmosphere for the duration of your stay. Every room has A/C.

Otherwise, he will take care of your luggage until the apartment is available. In addition, we offer a premium chauffeur service for a stress-free transfer from the airport or train station to the apartment (and allowing luggage drop-off before 10am).
