Living room: A cosy space with 2 double sofa beds, a TV and a dining table. Perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Kitchen: Opening onto the living room, this is fully equipped with hob, oven and Nespresso machine.

Bedroom: One bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom: One bathroom with shower, gel kit, shampoo, hairdryer.

Toilet: One toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Dishwasher, Wi-Fi included, TV screen, iron, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with a lift. A shared laundry room is available on the ground floor for travellers' use.

⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* With one bedroom and two double sofa beds in the living room, which opens onto the kitchen, the apartment is ideal for four. With six, four guests sleep in the living room and space becomes tight for a group of adults.
* The bathroom is small and has a single shower, with the toilet in a separate room. With five or six guests, you will need to take turns getting ready in the morning.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be on the 5th floor with a lift, on a quiet street with a lovely view, a 5-minute walk from Tolbiac metro station (line 7).

The apartment is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole apartment.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
